Just find some shoes elsewhere. Customer service is nonexistent here.

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit well and are comfortable. I saw these shoes and thought I would give them a try. I also have feet that are two different sizes, which is most difficult when trying to buy shoes. Anyway, I ordered the shoes from this company by way of Amazon.com. The shoes came, and the right one is comfortable and well made. The left one did not fit right because I need a bigger shoe. I contacted Amazon about it, and they said I may have to buy another pair of shoes in the bigger size to get the fit I need for my left foot, but to contact the seller, as they sometimes can help me get just one left shoe. So I contacted this company. I got the runaround, and they told me to go back to Amazon for help. No reply from them on that one. I checked the details on them and found out the company is actually out of China, thus no help for folks here in the USA. We should not have to deal with this much stress for things we need here in the USA! Here is the actual company information I found on Amazon after researching them better:

Preferred solution: I need the right size shoe for my left foot. I need a size 14 Extra Wide of the same type shoe I bought.

I have left several messages about my return and have not got an answer to my question. I had received an email that I had an option to get 1/2 of my money back and I can keep the shoes.

I left two voice mails and one email. I have heard nothing.

I cant use the shoes they are two sizes too small. How do I get an answer?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally got my package.

Overall my husband's very pleased with his boots. But when you can't get any tracking information to try and figure out where your package is you start to get a little concerned.

We really cannot afford these we boots muchless get ripped off by this company.

Returning items

I have been trying to contact someone about my order for at least 2 weeks. When I mentioned exchange you contacted me but when I decided that I wanted to return all the items, no one has reached out to me to process my returns.

Your policy states someone would respond to me with 24-48 hoursit has been about a week. Can someone contact me to process my returns before I reach the 30 day eligibility to make returns?
