I have left several messages about my return and have not got an answer to my question. I had received an email that I had an option to get 1/2 of my money back and I can keep the shoes.

Shoe return came back. I am not sure what you want me to do about them now.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally got my package.
Overall my husband's very pleased with his boots. But when you can't get any tracking information to try and figure out where your package is you start to get a little concerned.
Thinking I got totally ripped off!!! If not I'd like a tracking number so I can track my husband's work boots I ordered.
We really cannot afford these we boots muchless get ripped off by this company.
My husband needs these boots to work in. Now we will have to come up with some more money that we don't have

I have been trying to contact someone about my order for at least 2 weeks. When I mentioned exchange you contacted me but when I decided that I wanted to return all the items, no one has reached out to me to process my returns.
Your policy states someone would respond to me with 24-48 hoursit has been about a week. Can someone contact me to process my returns before I reach the 30 day eligibility to make returns?
